Payment Terms
We accept payments through major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and other secure payment methods. A deposit may be required before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed.
All prices provided in quotes or invoices are final and inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We guarantee transparent billing with no hidden charges.
Cancellation and Refunds
Customers can cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty if done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
If you experience any issues with the quality of our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will evaluate your claim and offer a refund, service correction, or alternative resolution if warranted.
Refunds approved will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Refunds are not issued for services that meet contractual specifications and standards.
